STRATEGY FOR READING TOEFL TEST




Tips to work on the problems in the test TOEFL Reading section:
• Do not rush while reading text reading. Indeed, you are limited in the time available, but if you do not read carefully, you can read the information wrong or missed important thing.
• Use annotations such as underline, circle, or whatever you want to mark the words and phrases that are important. This will speed the process of filtering information and making search relevant information more easily again.
• If you have time left over, use the time to re-examine the content of the answers that you have. It never hurts to make sure that you are confident with all of your answers on the TOEFL test.
• Complete all questions. Although you do not know the exact answer to a question, the question remains browse all by guessing the answers. TOEFL will not reduce the value you when you fill out a wrong answer, then the use of the 25% chance that you have to get the value.
• Read the strategy. It's good to read text briefly beforehand, read all the questions, and then after it was re-reading the text in more detail. The point is, you can save the questions that have you read in your brain while reading the text carefully. This will facilitate you to search for relevant information needed to fill in the answers and you will know where to focus your mind to what part of the text.
• Exercise by reading many books and articles before. It also will expand your English vocabulary, and help you when the work on the problems.
